In response to the increase in the collective anxiety and stress due to COVID-19, I would like to offer a weekly free online Mindfulness Meditation Session.
Monday evenings 7:30 - 8:10pm
Commencing Monday 23rd March
This session will be run via Zoom.
These guided meditations are recorded by Anna and are designed support you to establish a home practice of Mindfulness and Meditation. Be reassured that the more you practice, the more natural this approach will feel.
