In response to these very uncertain times, I would like to offer a FREE online Community Mindfulness Meditation session to be held each Sunday evening from 7:30pm.
These sessions will offer an opportunity to soothe your nervous system, connect in to your body and breath as a source of grounding and stability and feel more connected to yourself and each other from a place of openness, rather than a place of survival.
There will be a short introduction to the practice, followed by a guided meditation with some time at the end of processing and reconnecting as a group.
This session will occur via Zoom
