Vinyasa and Slow Flow

My yoga classes are inpsired by Mindfulness and aim to build your relationship with yourself and your body in a curious, attentive, accepting and compassionate way.

In my experience, yoga give us the opportunity to experience something new and interesting each time we arrive on the mat. Through exploring different shapes with our body, integrating our breath and our body and steadying our mind, we create a new way of being with ourselves.
