What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is practice of cultivating an open, friendly, non judgmental awareness to the present moment.

Mindfulness and meditation are shown to reduce experiences of stress, anxiety, depression and other difficult psychological and physical states of being.

In addition, mindfulness and meditation are found to enhance experiences of peace, calm, joy and a sense of connection.

Practicing Mindfulness and Meditation on a regular basis, can thus, enhance our overall health and wellbeing.

Why?

We live in a society and a culture that is increasingly asking more and more from us. Many of us feel challenged to keep up with this unsustainable pace of life.

We can lose contact with ourselves and lose contact with the people and the world around us.

Mindfulness and meditation are needed more than ever before.

As we find greater peace, space and stillness within, we have room to connect with greater openness, love and connection to the people and the world around us.

Investment

$320

Note: For those on a Mental Health Care Plan you are eligible for a rebate of  $178.80 for the course.
